CHECKLIST

Bedroom

  • Clean all bedroom wardrobes

  • Clean bedroom drawers inside and out (must be empty)

  • Clean and dust picture frames, tops and surfaces

  • Clean and polish mirrors and glasses

  • Clean light fittings and lampshades

  • Clean and wipe skirting boards

  • Clean radiators, doors and doors’ frames

  • Clean and sanitise door handles

  • Wipe and polish switches and AC controls

  • Clean windows and frames inside only

  • Clean plug sockets

  • Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners

  • Vacuum all mattresses (if furnished property)

  • Hoover, mop and sanitise the floors

*Painted walls’ and ceilings’ cleaning are not included in our end of tenancy cleaning check list.

Kitchen

  • Clean, wash, polish and sanitise all worktops, countertops and sink area

  • Clean, wipe and sanitise cupboards and drawers inside and out

  • Clean, remove limescale, polish and sanitise all taps and sink area

  • De-grease, clean, wipe and polish tiles

  • Clean fridge and freezer inside and out (freezer needs to be defrosted prier to our clean)

  • Clean microwave inside and out

  • Clean outside only kitchen appliances such as kettle & toaster

  • Clean oven outside

  • Clean extractor and hob

  • Clean outside dishwasher and washing machine

  • Clean light fittings & lamps

  • Clean plugs and switches

  • Clean windows and windows & frames inside only

  • Wipe dirt from woodwork areas

  • Clean and sanitise doors, handles, doorframes

  • Clean furnishings

  • Clean and sanitise skirting boards

  • Vacuum, mop, polish and sanitise floors

*Fitted appliances such as Washing Machines, Dish Washers, Driers, Fridge and Freezers are not moved by our technicians due to safety and technical purposes. They are all going to be thoroughly cleaned the way they are fitted.

Reception Room (s)

  • Clean and dust all furniture (if applicable) and surfaces

  • Clean and dust picture frames

  • Clean and polish mirrors and glasses and other wall hangings

  • Move (where possible) furniture and clean /vacuum underneath and behind

  • Clean light fittings and lampshades

  • Clean and wipe skirting boards

  • Clean radiators

  • Clean doors and doors’ frames

  • Clean and sanitise door’s handles

  • Clean windows and windows’ frame inside only

  • Hoover sofas & chairs (if applicable)

  • Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners

  • Hoover, mop and sanitise the floors

*Cleaning of shutters, wooden or venetian blinds is a time-consuming task which is not included as standard in our Task List. We can arrange this cleaning service upon your request additionally. Extra cost will apply.

Bathroom & Toilet

  • Clean and remove limescale from tiles

  • Clean and remove limescale from shower glass, shower head

  • Clean and remove limescale from all other areas in the bath

  • Clean and wash showers, basins and bathtub

  • Clean and polish sink taps and sink area

  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Clean and sanitise toilet seat and toilet area

  • Clean inside toilet bowl

  • Clean outside toilet bowl

  • Clean towel holder

  • Clean toilet paper holder

  • Clean and wipe all surfaces

  • Clean cabinets inside and out

  • Clean doors, radiators and handles

  • Clean windows and windows’ frames inside only

  • Hoover, mop and sanitise the floors

  • Sanitise all area

*Professional cleaning equipment and cleaning products are included as standard and they are part of our End of tenancy cleaning service.

Entrance Hall, Hallway & Stairs

  • Clean and wipe all skirting boards, handrails

  • Clean radiators if accessible

  • Clean and wipe doors and doors’ frames

  • Clean and sanitise door’s handle

  • Clean and polish mirrors and wall hangings

  • Dust and clean light fittings and lampshades

  • Clean windows and windows’ frames inside only

  • Hoover, mop and sanitise the floor

*External areas such as outside windows, balconies, terraces, gardens, patio and sheds are not included in Daisy'D Limited End of tenancy cleaning checklist. These cleaning services can be discussed and added towards the original cleaning service prior the clean takes place. Extra charge will apply.
